This squirrel was sitting by my Crepe Myrtle, grabbing pieces of corn and peanuts tossed his way. Living in the country, my wife and I try to feed the wildlife and birds. After 25 years in the same place, many of them consider it a refuge and visit daily. Especially in the built up areas that once were natural habitat for creatures big and small, a little help, especially in the hot Southern summers seems to be appreciated...Hope you enjoy this.
