Description
The Pale Swallowtail has a wingspan of from 4 to 5 inches. The wings are yellowish white with black tigerlike stripes. The slender black tails are sometimes marked with orange and blue at the base. It takes flight from June-July and its habitat is normally Dry Mountains. This particular specimen was passing through North Mississippi. Fine Art Photography by Barry Jones. (Standard Exposure)
