This is a contemporary art treatment of a photograph of a vintage tractor. Red clay is a normal component of the dirt in rural Mississippi and Alabama. The dust and mud leaves a rusty reddish tint to everything it touches. The texture and tint of this photograph is intended to express that effect you see as farmers work their fields in these rural areas.
