Finished this morning and still on the easel. I lived in Shreveport, LA for many years and would fish Lake Bisteneau, Toledo Bend and Wallace Lake for Crappie. Back then all the car tags said “Sportsman Paradise.” That seemed a fitting name for this piece. I feel certain there’s either a 4 lb Crappie or 8 lb Bass hanging out around that fallen tree.
